Gloria Ruesch has worked in the real estate industry for more than 20 years, both as a REALTOR® and in title and escrow.

She is a past Treasurer of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents, an association dedicated exclusively to the representation of buyers and making sure that buyers always have a voice in every real estate transaction. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Iowa Association of Realtors, Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors, Great Plains Multiple Listing Service. She has earned the prestigious CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI®, (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), CBR®, (Certified Buyer's Representative), ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative) and e-PRO® (Real estate internet professional) designations.

Active in the community, Gloria is currently the Vice President of the General's Ladies of the Historic General Dodge House, an active advocate and fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club of Council Bluffs, formerly on the Board of the Union Pacific Railroad Museum, has served as sponsorship co-chair for Lutheran Family Services' Wicker and Wine event supporting the successful parenting program, has served on the auction committee for the Loess Hills Chapter of the American Red Cross, a member of the community fundraising committee for the Charles E. Lakin Human Services Campus, and is an active supporter of Lutheran World Relief and Catholic Charities Phoenix House. Community involvement is a family affair for Gloria. Gloria and her husband Jack Ruesch, a partner at the Telpner, Peterson, Smith, Ruesch, Thomas and Simpson Law Firm, work together on church and community projects. Gloria is very proud of her stepson, Eric, a graduate of the University of Iowa and currently teaching English in a school in Spain.

Gloria is also twice a cancer survivor, which gives her a strong and positive resolve in life. Drawing from her own life experiences, Gloria works hard to understand and empathize with the unique needs of every customer she encounters. Gloria's customers frequently comment about the highly personal attention they received when working with her.
